When you buy a cosplay, we send order directly to the factory, so your cosplay order is a preorder, please have it in mind.

It takes around 20-25 days to reach us, as soon as we have it, we send it to you and you will receive it directly from us depending on shipping method.

Sometimes, busy seasons on factory due to high production, or the order being held in customs, may cause delays, although is not usual, we advice you to order your cosplay with enough time.

Choose your usual size, if you have XL, choose L size, but have in mind it could fit you less wide than Kigurumi are ment to be, check the height also.
